Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, such as the zodiac card, gift box, and protective pouch
- Be sent back safely and securely packaged
To begin a return, please email us at info@ense-leedge.life with your order number, reason for return, and, if possible, a photo of the item.
Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a return address.
Please note:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
- We do not accept returns on custom-made, engraved, or personalized items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned
Refunds
After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If the item is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. If the product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return.
Please remember:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take several days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer
- We cannot issue a refund without first receiving the returned item (unless it was lost or damaged in transit with proof)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us an email with:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping, depending on the situation.

International Orders
We proudly ship worldwide, but international shipping comes with extra considerations. Please note:
- Some countries charge customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer
- Delivery times may vary by country due to customs processes, local carriers, or weather delays
- We cannot offer refunds on orders returned to us due to refused delivery, unpaid customs, or incomplete shipping information
